Common Faults And Solutions Of Sigma Mixer | JCT Machinery

1. Sigma Mixer Motor Cannot Start Normally or Runs Unstable

• Power Failure : Check whether the power cord is in good contact and whether the power switch is turned on.
• Motor Failure : Check whether the motor has circuit or winding open circuits, and replace the motor if necessary.
• Control Circuit Failure : Check whether the motor control ciucuit is damaged or has poor contact. If necessary, repair the circuit or replace the controller.

2. Material Leakage or Blockage In Discharging Part

• Guide Comb Teeth are Damaged : Check whether the guide comb teeh are complete and replace the damaged guide comb teeth if necessary.
• Feed Tube is Blocked : Check whether there is any impurity blocking the feed tube, clean the feed tube or replace the blocked feed tube.
• Poor Sealing of Discharge Port : Check whether the sealing device of discharge port is intact and replace the seal if necessary.

3. Sigma Mixer Output is Low

• Uneven Feeding : Adjust the feeding device so that it can feed evenly.
• Inaccurate Temperature Control : Check whether the temperature control device is working properly, and debug or replace the temperature control device if necessary.
• Severely Worn : Check the wear inside the sigma mixer and replace worn parts if necessary.

4. Sigma Mixer Makes Too Much Noise

• Loose Internal Parts : Check whether the screws and fasteners inside the sigma mixer are loose and tighten if necessary.
• Wear of Sigma Mixer Parts : Check the wear and tear inside sigma mixer and replace worn parts if necessary.
• Machine Vibration : Check Whether the sigma mixer is placed smoothly and adjust the level of the machine if necessary.

5. Inaccurate Temperature Control

• Temperature Control Device Failure : Check whether the temperature control device is working properly, and repair or replace the temperature control device if necessary.
• Temperature Sensor is Damaged : Check whether the temperature sensor is damaged and replace the emperature sensor if necassary.
• Heating Element Failure : Check whether the heating element is working properly, and repair or replace the heating element if necessary.
