What is paint?
Paint is a coating that usually consists of pigments, solvents, resins (or polymers) and auxiliary additives. It is widely used to coat and protect surfaces, improve appearance and provide anti-corrosion, weather resistance, waterproofing and other properties.
What types of paint are there?
1. Oil Based Paint
Oil based paint uses oil as the main solvent, usually linseed oil, castor oil, etc. These paints require a longer drying time after application, but they provide durability and gloss and are often used on wood surfaces.
2. Water Based Paint
Water based paint uses water as the main solvent and is more environmentally friendly than oil based paint, with lower volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions. Water based paint usually has a shorter drying time and lighter smell, and is suitable for painting indoor walls, furniture and other surfaces.

The specific configuration is based on the actual needs.
High Speed Disperser
1. Main Components
High speed disperser usually consists of a stirrer or stirrer system, a driving device (usually an electric motor), and the support and mounting structure of the stirrer.
2. Working Principle
- Agitator Motion : Agitaors rotating at high speeds produce high cutting, shearing and dispersing forces. The movement of the agitator causes the liquid to be rapidly cut and mixed, dispersing the solid particles within it into the liquid.
- Turbulent Flow Effect : High speed rotating agitator produces a turbulent flow effect, causing the liquid to produce strong vortices and liquid flow. This helps disperse the particles evenly throughout the liquid medium.
- Particle Dispersion : High speed movement of the mixer causes collision and shearing between particles, causing the particles to gradually disperse and suspend in the liquid. This helps create a uniform suspension of liquid.
- Wet Grinding Effect : High speed disperser can also be used for wet grinding of paricles, that is the particles are refined and ground in a liquid. This is of great significance for certain applications such as the production of paints, inks, coatings, etc.
