The wear of the bearing position and the bearing chamber of the kneader is generally caused by the dimensional tolerance of the components, the assembly process and the wear problem under the heavy-load operating environment. Once the wear occurs, it will inevitably cause the kneader blade to run unsteadily and cause vibration or unexpected shutdown.
According to the condition that the kneader shaft has been disassembled and checked offline, the best measures of Solei "Machining Technology" are used to control the concentricity during repair, and at the same time avoid the common thermal stress, deformation, fracture and other problems in repair welding. On-site repair steps are as follows:
① Lathe correction of coaxiality;
② Degrease the worn parts of the bearing of the kneader;
③ Carry out pre-turning and rough treatment on the worn parts of the kneader bearing position;
④ Machining and processing shaft repair surface;
⑤ To reconcile the kneader and apply the carbon nano-polymer SD7101 material, and apply it several times to avoid air holes until it is slightly higher than the original size;
⑥ The material is cured, heated and cured for 2 hours, and then machined and turned to the original shaft size;
