1. Production line characteristic

2. Process flow chart

3. Production line equipment configuration:

Reactor, condenser, dispersing kettle, filter, filling machine, steam boiler, water cooling system, material pump, etc.

4. Production process:

1) The preparation of all kinds of raw materials is according to technical formula;

2) Put butanone, xylene and other solvent to reactor, and start stirring;

3) Add neoprene and continue heating to raise the temperature, then raise the stirring speed;

4) When the rubber was dissolved, add other raw materials, heating up to about 90℃ to react 2-4 hours;

5) Check the viscosity of materials, if meets requirements needed in the production, then add other raw materials;

6) Adding cooling water in the jacket of reactors, cool down to required temperature.

7) Pump those materials that have finished in the reactor into high-speed dispersing kettle;

8) Add petroleum resin, phenolic resin and other raw materials, to reconcile the viscosity and solid content;

9) Sampling for testing, if meets the requirements, cool down the temperature and discharge out materials for packaging.
