3、Production proccess (production technology)

1）According the formula to weighing the raw material, and then adding into the reaction kettle,heating to melt raw material,fully mixing.

2）Moving the melted raw material into the filter,and the into the material storage kettle, cooling the material into a certain temperature,and maintain the temperature

3）Moving the storage kettle material into extruder . According the type of the adhesive to choose the extruder speed

4）Extruder to hot melt adhesive through an extrusion head extrusion hole squeeze into the water tank, hot melt adhesive meets cooling water immediately setting. The speed of the glue stick in the water tank by extruder extrusion speed control. Synchronous traction speed and extrusion speed of extruder.

5）Adjust the extrusion speed, cooling rate, traction speed, to control the diameter of the adhesive stick.

6）Choose the suitable length of the adhesive granule ,cut off them and package.

7）Moving the adhesive granule to vibration sieve for dehydration, then to cyclone further dehydration, and then packaged.

The hot melt adhesive application:

2) Hygiene products: diapers, sanitary napkins and so on.
