Last week, a new double planetary mixer, 100% design and produce by JCT Machinery, is packaged and ready to ship to customer.

Double planetary mixer is equipped with low-speed stirring paddles and high-speed dispersion disc. The low-speed stirring paddles are driven by a planetary gear. They also rotate while revolving, so that the materials move up and down and around, thus achieving an ideal mixing effect in a shorter time.

High-speed dispersion disc revolves with the planetary frame and rotates at high speed at the same time, so that the material is subjected to strong shearing and dispersion mixing, and its effect is several times that of an ordinary mixer. The dispersion componenets are divided into a single dispersion disc and a double dispersion discs, and customers can choose according to actual needs.

Double planetary mixer can realize vacuum, heating, cooling and speed adjustment according to the situation. It can be equipped with multiple barrels. It is more convenient to discharge materials with a press machine.
