1. PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene)
Features
- Excellent chemical stability and corrosion resistance.
- Wide operating temperature range (-200℃ to 260℃).
- Low friction coefficient and good self-lubricating properties.
Application
- Suitable for static and dynamic seals of reactors and sigma mixers, especially when dealing with strong acids, strong alkalis and organic solvents.
- Commonly used for mechanical seals, valve seals, pipeline flange seals, etc.
2. Viton (Polyfluororubber)
Features
- Excellent high temperature resistance (can withstand up to 200℃).
- Good oil resistance, solvent resistance and chemical resistance.
Application
- Suitable for environments with high temperature and corrosive media, such as double planetary mixers and reactors seals.
- Commonly used for O-rings, gaskets and oil seals, etc.
3. EPDM
Features
- Good heat resistance, ozone resistance and aging resistance.
- Excellent acid and alkali resistance.
Application
- Suitable for acid and alkali resistant sealing parts in kneading machines and reactors.
- Commonly used for gaskets, O-rings and hoses.
4. Graphite Packing
Features
- Excellent high temperature resistance (can withstand up to 450℃).
- Good self-lubricating properties and corrosion resiistance.
Application
- Suitable for sealing in high temperature and high pressure conditions, such as packing seals of reactors and high temperature sigma mixers and vertical kneaders.
- Commonly used for valve packing and mechanical seals.
5. Metal Sealing Materials
Features
- Applicable to extreme high temperature and high pressure environments.
- Can withstand severe mechanical stress.
Application
- Commonly used for metal ring seals, metal gaskets, etc. in reactors, high-pressure sigma mixers and vertical kneaders.
6. Silicone Rubber
Features
- Good high and low temperature resistance (-60℃ to 200℃).
- Non-toxic and odorless, suitable for food and pharmaceutical industries.
Application
- Applicable to food-grade and pharmaceutical-grade seals in double planetary mixers, sigma mixers, vertical kneaders and reactors.
- Commonly used for gaskets, O-rings and sealing strips, etc.
7. Polyurethane
Features
- Excellent wear resistance and mechanical strength.
- Good oiil resistance and aging resistance.
Application
- Applicable to environments requiring high wear resistance and oil resistance, such as dynamic seals of kneaders and reactors.
- Commonly used for seals, gaskets and elastomers.
8. Aramid Fiber
Features
- Excellent wear resistance and mechanical strength.
- Good chemical resistance and thermal stability.
Application
- Applicable to seals in high temperature and high pressure conditions, such as packing seals of reactors and kneaders.
- Commonly used for packing rings and gaskets.
