Working Principle of Planetary Mixer
1. Planetary Motion
- Dual Movement of Mixing Paddle : The core of planetary mixer is that the stirring paddle not only rotates on its own axis, but also revolves around the center of the container. This planetary motion ensures that the mixing paddle covers the entire interior of the container without leaving any dead space, so that the materials are fully mixed.
- Wide Cover : Since the revolution path of the stirring paddle covers the entire inner wall of the container, it can effectively prevent materials from accumulating on the wall and bottom of the container and ensure uniform mixing.
2. Efficient Mixing
- Cutting and Kneading Action : Planetary mixing paddles are usually designed with multiple blades or twistes blades. These blades produce strong shearing and kneading effects during their rotation and revolution, and can quickly shear, fold and squeeze materials to achieve efficient mixing.
