A.The introduction of paint dispersing machine:

Paint dispersion machine is a kind of mixing machine, high-speed stirrer (disc-serrated
stirrer) can make a strong local turbulence, and has a strong dispersing emulsifying effect
towards the materials, so for this type of high-speed mixer, it's also call dispersing
machine. Dispersing machine is divided into lift disperser type and dispering kettle type.
According to lifting mode of lift dispersion machine, which can be divided into: hydraulic
lifting dispersion machine, pneumaic lift disperser, hand movements dispersing machine.

B. The Working characteristics
1) The strong centrifugal force can dill the narrow and precious gap, by centrifugal extrusion, hydraulic friction, impact and other integraated hydraulic force, the initial material is dispersed at last.
2) The rotor of dispersing machine high-speed rotation is to generate at least 15m/s or more linear speed. The materials will get dispersing and broken sufficiently after intense hydraulic shear, friction, tearing sollision effects, and through a high-speed injection from the stator slots.
3) High-speed disperser material continuously emitted from the radial direction, and change the flow direction between materials and inner container wall resistance. At the dsme time, under the effect of axis to suction force, will complete the dispersion process.
