What should I do if there is abnormal noise in the Sigma Mixer?

1. If the Sigma Mixer you are using makes abnormal noise, it is most likely because there is a problem with the mechanical components, including the mixer shaft, blades, transmission system, etc. Look for looseness, wear, damage, or foreign matter stuck in the mechanical components possible.
2. If there is an abnormality in the anti-shock device, it needs to be inspected and reinforced or replaced with new parts.
3. It may be that the valve in the oil supply line is blocked by dirt or the valve has a throttling problem. The nozzle is too small, which is also one of the reasons for the noise. The valve needs to be checked and cleaned, or suitable components must be replaced.
4. Foaming of hydraulic oil can also cause Sigma Mixer noise.
NOTICE:The selection of hydraulic oil also needs to be carefully selected. Hydraulic oil will cause rare difficulties due to low oil level or low oil temperature and high viscosity of hydraulic oil. Hydraulic oil also corrodes internal components all the time, causing damage to internal components.
