What is Kneader?

Kneader, also known as Kneader Mixer, is an industrial mixing equipment specially designed for mixing, kneading and processing of various materials, especially high-viscosity and dense materials. From the appearance, it can be divided into Horizontal Kneader and Vertical Kneader.

Horizontal Kneader

Horizontal kneaders, also known as Sigma Mixers, can be used to process high viscosity materials. The main feature of a horizontal kneader is its horizontal U-shaped trough or vessel with a pair of sigma-shaped blades for counter-rotating mixing to achieve thorough mixing and kneading.

Vertical Kneader

Vertical kneader is a type of industrial mixing and kneading machine used for processing high-viscosity materials. Vertical kneaders are designed with a vertical, cylindrical vessel and a pair of sigma-shaped mixing blades that rotate in the vertical plane, providing efficient mixing and kneading of the materials.
