1. Working Principle

The working principle of conical screw mixer is to put materials of different volumes and viscosities into a rotating container, and mix them evenly through the rotating blades.

The blades of conical screw mixer adopt a special structure. The blades have a certain inclinatiion angle, which allows the material to slide down along the blades from the top of the container, and then lift again at the bottom of the container. This process is repeated continuously, and ultimately the materials are evenly mixed.

The rotating container of the conical screw mixer is conical, which allows the material to flow automatically, thereby achieving better mixing effects.

During operation, materials are usually loaded from the sides of the machine, but in some special cases, loading and unloading can be done from the top or bottom of the machine.

In the chemical industry, conical screw mixer is usually used to mix liquids or powders such as colors and chemicals.

Conical screw mixer is usually used to mix dry powdery materials such as flour, eggs and sugar powder, as well as liquid materials such as salad juice.

Conical screw mixer is often used to mix pharmaceutical powders, special-shaped tablets, beads and other materials to make tablets, cpasules and other preparations.

Ⅳ. Metallurgy

It can be used to mix blast furnace fuel, various pyrotechnics and granular materials such as iron powder and steel balls.

Ⅴ. Building Materials

Conical screw mixer is usually used to mix cement, gypsum, sand and other materials to make slurry, mud, dry sand and other building materials.
