The working principle of high speed disperser mainly includes two aspects: mechanical stirring and physical action.
1. Mechanical Stirring
High speed disperser uses mechanical stirring to mix the various ingredients in the paint evenly. A stirrer usually consists of a motor, a stirring blade and a container. The motor drives the stirring blade to rotate, causing the particles in the paint to continuously move and collide, thereby mixing the ingredients. The design of the mixing blade also plays an important role. Mixing blades of different shapes can produce different mixing effects. Through mechanical stirring, the solid particles in the paint can be evenly dispersed and mixed with the liquid to achieve uniform composistion of the paint.
2. Physical Action
High speed disperser also uses physical actions to promote the mixing of coating ingredients. Ingredients such as pigments and solvents in coatings usually have different densities and viscosities, which are prone to delamination or precipitation. The rotating motion of the agitator can generate centrifugal force and shear force, causing convection and diffusion of the ingredients in the paint, thereby promoting dispersion and mixing. At the same time, high speed disperser can also change the temperature of the paint through heating or cooling, further affecting the mixing and reaction speed of the paint ingredients.
Summary:
The working principle of high speed disperser is actually a process that combines mechanical stirring and physical action. Mechanical stirring causes the ingredients in the painit to collide and mix with each other by rotating a stirring blade, while physical effects promote the convection and diffusion of the paint ingredients through centrifugal force, shear force, etc., thereby achieving uniform mixing of the paint. At the same time, the design and operation of the high speed disperser will also affect its effectiveness. Different types of high speed dispersers also need to be selected and adjusted according to specific conditions in actual applications to achieve the best mixing effect.
