Sigma Mixer equipment introduction:
Sigma Mixer is a very effective equipment for mixing, kneading, crushing, dispersing and repolymerization of high viscosity, high consistency and high elasticity materials, which has the advantages of uniform mixing and high kneading efficience.

Mixing method: two groups of mixing paddles (∑ type, Z type or strong shearing type) with different rotating speeds are used for strong extrusion and shearing, so that a variety of materials (solid, powder, paste, liquid) can be quickly and evenly mixed.

Sigma Mixer can be divided into vacuum type, pressure type and normal pressure type according to working pressure.

Heating and cooling methods: heat transfer oil circulating heating, electric heating in the jacket, steam heating, cold oil or cold water cooling, etc.

Cover open mode: hydraulic cover opening

Discharge mode: according to different material characteristics, hydraulic tilting cylinder dumping, bottom discharge and screw extrusion discharge can be adopted.

Manufacturing materials: SS316L, SS321, SS304 stainless steel or Q235 carbon steel are usually used, or special materials can be used according to user requirements.
