Industrial Planetary Mixer User Guide

1. Preparation work

Prepare the materials to be mixed and add them to the mixing tank according to the mixing ratio. Be careful not to exceed the volume of the mixing tank.

2. Turn on the power

Insert the power plug into the socket, turn on the power switch, and start the planetary mixer.

3. Set parameters

Set the planetary mixer speed and time according to the nature of the material and the required mixing time.

4. Start mixing

Plane the mixing head into the mixing chamber, start the planetary mixer and start mixing.

5. Monitor the mixing process

When using the planetary mixer for the first time, pay attention to the material status of the mixer. If any abnormalities are found, stop the machine for inspection in time.

6. Complete mixing

After mixing is completed, turn off the planetary mixer, take out the mixing head from the mixing tank, and take out the materials.

7. Cleaning equipment

Clean the mixing chamber and mixing blades to avoid contamination during next use.
