High speed disperser blades, also called dispersion discs, is a key component used to disperse and evenly suspend solid particles or liquid mixitures in liquids. These high speed disperser blades are usually located on the main shaft of a high speed disperser and rotate to produce high speed motion to effectively disperse the material into the liquid.
Common Points of High Speed Disperser Blades
1. Shape
The shape of high speed disperser blade is usually disc--shaped or fan-shaped in order to generate effective rotation and dispersion power.
2. Blade Structure
The surface of the dispersion plate is usually attached with blades or stirring arms, which can accelerate the mixing and agitation of the liquid, thereby achieving more effective dispersion.
3. Size and Diameter
High speed disperser blade size and diameter may vary depending on application requirements. Typically, the dispersion blade diameter is large to provide a larger disperison area and higher throughput.
4. Speed Adjustability
High speed disperser usually has adjustable rotation speed of the dispersing disk according to specific processing requirements to achieve effective dispersion of different materials.
High speed disperser blades of different shapes are suitable for mixing different types of materials, depending on the nature, viscosity, particle size and other factors of the material.
Common High Speed Disperser Blade
1. Flat Dispersion Plate
Suitable for high viscosity materials such as coatings, paints, resins, etc. Provides a large mixing surface area to effectively disperse particles into liquids.
2. Conical Dispersion Disc
Suitable for materials with lower viscosity, such as solutions, emulsions, etc. Provides stronger cutting and shearing action, able to effectively suspend solid particles into liquids.
3. Blade Type Dispersion Disc
Suitable for mixing and dispersing high viscosity materials, such as glue, adhesives, colloids, etc. It has stronger stirring and cutting effects and can thoroughly disperse particles into the liquid.
4. Gear Type Dispersion Disc
It is suitable for mixing and dispersing materials with larger particles, such as granular fillers, pigments, solid particles, etc. The gear-type dispersing disc has stronger grinding and crushing effects and can effectively disperse large particle materials into the liquid.
5. Turbine Type Dispersion Disc
Suitable for mixing and dispersing various types of materials, including high and low viscosity liquids. The turbine-type dispersing disc has a complex structure and can generate strong shearing and stirring forces to effectively disperse particles into the liquid.
