Main Equipments of EVA Glue Production Line

1. Reactor

Reactor is a key equipment in EVA glue production line, which is used to mix and react raw materials. Reactor heats and stirs the raw materials to react and dissolve at a certain temperature and pressure to form a uniform glue solution.

2. Dispersing Kettle

Dispersing kettle is used for the preliminary dispersing and mixing of raw materials to ensure the uniform distribution of EVA resin, tackifier, filler and other ingredients during the production process. 3. Sigma Mixer

4. Vacuum System

5. Cooling System

7. Molding and Packaging System

EVA glue is usually stored and used in liquid form. The molding and packaging system is mainly responsible for quantitative packaging of the produced glue for easy transportation and sales.
