1. Raw Material Preparation and Delivery System

Including storage tanks, mixing tanks, stirring equipment, etc., used to prepare epoxy resin, curing agent, solvent, filler, additives and other raw materials according to the formula and transport them to downstream process units.

2. Epoxy Resin Reactor

The reactor is used to carry out the synthesis reaction of epoxy resin. The polymerization or cross-linking reaction of epoxy resin is achieved through heating, stirring and other process conditions.

3. Curing Agent Addition System

Including curing agent storage tanks, metering pumps, piping systems, etc., used to add the curing agent to the epoxy resin according to the formula proportion to achieve the curing reaction.

4. Solvent Removal and Recovery Unit

It is used to remove and recover the solvent in the reacted epoxy resin soltion to increase the solid content of the product and reduce solvent emissions.

5. Mixing, Dispersing and Homogenizing Equipment

Including high speed disperser, mixer, grinder, etc., used to mix, disperse and homogenize raw materials such as curing agents, fillers and additives with epoxy resin to ensure the uniformity and stability of the product.

6. Packaging and Finished Product Storage Systems

Including automatic packaging machines, filling machines, packaging lines, etc., used to package and label the produced epoxy resin glue products, and then store them in the finished product warehouse waiting for shipment.

7. Automation Control System

It is used to monitor and control the operating status of each process unit of the production line to achieve automation and intelligent management of the production process, including production parameter setting, data collection, abnormal alarm and other functions.
