What is dry powder blending machine?

Horizontal ribbon mixer is usually equipped with a pair of ribbon mixing blades, which rotate along the wall of the mixing tank. The advantage of the mixer is is ability to produce effective shear and tumbling effects, resulting in fast, uniform mixing.

• Conical Screw Mixer

Through the internal spiral stirring blades, the material is pushed upward from the bottom, and then falls freely from the top, forming convection and shearing to achieve mixing. Due to its internal spiral mixing blade design, conical screw mixer is able to generate more shear and turning effects to mix the material more thoroughly. This mixing mathod is suitable for materials that are prone to aggregation or situations that require stronger mixing effects.

• Horizontal Ribbon Blender

The ribbon mixing blade rotates along the wall of the mixing tank, pushing the material from both sides to the center, and then pushing it from the center to both sides, forming two-way convection and shearing to achieve mixing. This mixing method can quickly and evenly mixe the materials in the mixing tank. Horizontal ribbon mixer can provide a gentle but uniform mixing effect and is suitable for situations where the crushing or aggregation of materials is not required.
