Urea-formaldehyde resin is a synthetic resin widely used in adhesives, coatings, wood processing and electronics industries. It has excellent adhesion, hardness, thermal stability and chemical resistance.
Main Equipment of Urea-formaldehyde Resin Production Line
1. Reactor
Reactor is the main equipment of urea-formaldehyde resin production line. By controlling temperature, pressure and reaction time, urea and formaldehyde in the reactor undergo condensation reaction to synthesize urea-formaldehyde resin. Reactor is usually equipped with a heating system and a cooling system to accurately control the reaction temperature.

Urea-formaldehyde Resin Production Line Process
1. Raw Material Preparation
Urea and formaldehyde are the main raw materials for the production of urea-formaldehyde resin. In addition, some auxiliary materials such as catalysts and stabilizers may be added. First of all, the quality of all raw materials must be ensured and weighed according to the production formula.
2. Reaction
In reactor, urea and formaldehyde react by heating, stirring and controlling the temperature to form urea-formaldehyde resin. During the reaction process, the temperature and pressure need to be strictly controlled to ensure the smooth progress of the reaction.
3. Dehydration and Degassing
After the reaction is completed, the resin needs to be dehydrated to remove the moisture generated during the reaction. At the same time, the degassing machine is used to remove bubbles in the reaction to ensure the uniformity and purity of the resin.
4. Cooling and Filtration
The resin is cooled by the cooling system, and the filtration system removes impurities and particles that may be generated during the reaction to ensure the quality of the final product.
5. Finished Product Storage and Packaging
After cooling and filtering, urea-formaldehyde resin will be stored in a dedicated storage tank. After passing the quality inspection, it will be automatically packaged and ready for shipment.
