This way the kneader runs faster

1. Reducer oil tank: the kneader reducer adopts closed splash lubrication, using 46# or similar mechanical lubricating oil. The oil volume of the kneader can be seen from the scale on the oil mirror on the oil tank. The new machine must be operated for about 500 hours after the start of the new machine. Replace all the new lubricating oil, and replace it every 1500 operating hours thereafter. Note that the debris and iron filings left in the bottom of the oil tank should be removed every time the new oil is replaced.

2. Counter gear oil tank: use and replace the same reducer. (Experimental and some models use grease without reference to this configuration)

3. Mixing tank flip foot: Use a grease gun to inject high-temperature lithium-based grease, and add it once per shift. (Bottom discharging, screw discharging, etc., don’t refer to this configuration)

4. The bearing housings such as the mixing shaft: Use a grease gun to inject high-temperature lithium-based grease (add it once a month, and add it once every half month in summer).

5. Bearing type rotary joint: use a butter gun to inject high temperature resistant lithium grease. (Hollow shaft type, no reference if there is no such configuration)

6. Screw reducer motor: Refer to 1 for maintenance method (screw discharge type, do not refer to it without this configuration)

7. Screw chain sprocket: mechanical oil, grease and mixed oil can be added, once per shift (screw discharge type, no reference for models without this configuration)
