The kneader is usually welded and fixed on a base, and the equipment can be directly placed on the ground. The user does not need to install it, which is very convenient. The main maintenance and maintenance measures are as follows:

1. The lubricating parts should be filled with lubricating oil frequently, and the lubricating oil should not be less than twice per shift. Press-in type lubricating lubrication presses in the butter once every 20 days, and the oil pool is lubricated and replaced every three months.

2. The wallboard shaft seal should be appropriately adjusted or replaced according to the wear and tear of use.
3. Check the steam pipes and joints frequently, and no leakage is allowed.
4. The machine should be overhauled after six months of operation, and the vulnerable parts should be checked and repaired or replaced appropriately.
5. After the kneader is installed, clean, decontaminate and wipe anti-rust grease. Check each lubrication point and fill in lubricating oil.
6. Check the tension of the V-belt before driving, and move the motor to the proper position through the adjusting bolt.
7. Check whether the fasteners are loose, whether the steam pipe leaks, whether the circuit and electrical equipment are safe. The electric heating type kneader must have a grounding device.
8. Clean up the kneader room before commissioning, run it dry for 10-15 minutes, confirm that the machine is running normally, and then put it into production. Generally, the noise of the new gear (including the reducer) is relatively loud during the initial use, and it will naturally decrease after a period of running-in.
9. When using steam for heating, safety valves and pressure gauges should be installed at the inlet pipe, and the steam pressure should not exceed the pressure requirements of the mixing tank according to the label knowledge.
10. The kneader studio should minimize the use of reversal.
11. All lubrication parts should be filled with oil frequently.
12. There should be no leakage of raw materials in the sealing part of the wallboard.
13. The belt tightness is appropriate, check and adjust or replace it regularly.

14. The steam pipeline is not allowed to leak, the valve should be closed when the machine is out of service, and the reliability of the safety valve pressure gauge should be ensured.
