How to correctly put materials in the reactor

1. When putting bulk materials into the reactor, it is necessary to process the bulk materials into small pieces before putting them in. And before turning on the stirring, first turn it by hand, and then press the electric switch to start the stirring operation. Forced start is strictly prohibited. To prevent the block material from jamming or colliding with the thermometer tube and causing accidents.

　　 2. It is strictly forbidden to change the reaction temperature instantaneously, and it is strictly forbidden to hit the pot body.

　　 3. If vacuum pumping is performed on liquid materials, the vacuum valve should be opened slowly to prevent flushing.

　　4. The input of all materials, including time, sequence, speed, variety, quantity and heating, cooling, heat preservation, etc. must be carried out in accordance with the process operation regulations.

　　5. Pay attention to the pressure, temperature and other parameters inside and outside the pot during the airtight reaction, and deal with the abnormal situation in time to prevent the occurrence of vicious accidents.

　　6. Turn on the power, make the motor drive the stirring operation, and observe whether the transmission parts such as the reducer and stirring are abnormal, sound, etc.;

　　7. Care should be taken when adding solid materials to prevent damage to the pot wall; metal or hard objects are strictly prohibited from falling into the pot if there is a dangerous medium in the reactor.
