The operation points of the reactor:

1. Before turning on the console current switch, the stirring switch and the speed control heating switch should be adjusted to zero.

2. Rinse the inner wall of the reactor, stir and joint surface with distilled water before feeding. After rinsing the joint surface, wipe it with cotton or silk cloth dipped in ethanol, and then slowly close the cover to avoid damaging the joint surface.

3. When installing the screws, be sure to seat them in correct numbers, and use a torque wrench to form a cross-shaped symmetrical ground to avoid uneven force. Do not twist the screws in place at one time, but gradually tighten them symmetrically.

4. After tightening the screws, first vacuum with a mechanical pump, and then repeatedly blow nitrogen gas two to four times to exhaust the air in the kettle, then vacuum, blow in hydrogen gas, start stirring, heat up, and operate normally.

5. After the reaction is complete, the stirring is stopped, the residual hydrogen in the kettle is exhausted, and nitrogen is introduced again, vented, and the screw is unscrewed to take a sample.

6. Near the reactor, it is forbidden to generate sparks, and it is forbidden to wear spikes.

Precautions for the reactor:

1. During the working process of the reactor, turn on the ventilation fan to ensure good ventilation.

2. When there is pressure in the kettle, it is strictly forbidden to twist the nut or knock the reaction kettle.

3. At the connection of the positive and negative nuts, only the nut is allowed to rotate, and the two sealing surfaces are not allowed to rotate relative to each other.

4. Observe the indication of the pressure gauge at any time during operation, and it is strictly forbidden to use the kettle under over-temperature and over-pressure conditions.

5. If there is air leakage during the experiment, immediately stop heating, stop the experiment, and it is strictly forbidden to twist the nut.

6. Don\'t leave during the experiment.
