The working principle of silicone sealant filling machine is based on pressure transmission. In a filling machine, there is usually a storage tank containing liquid glue. When glue filling is required, the silicone sealant in the storage tank is pushed to the glue outlet of the glue filling machine through the pressure transmission device, and then transported to the packaging through the pipeline to achieve the sealing of silicone sealant.

The pinciple of filling machine also involves the control system. The filling machine is usually equipped with a sophisticated control system to control the flow, speed and glue filling position. Through this control system, the operator can accurately adjust the flow of glue product to ensure the quality and weight of the production meet the requirements.
