Sigma Mixer working principle:
Sigma mixer is mainly composed of five parts: the kneading part, the machine base part, the hydraulic system, the transmission system and the electronic control system. A pair of relatively rotating Σ-shaped blades generates a strong shearing effect, which acts on semi-dry or rubbery viscous plastic materials, allowing the material to react quickly and obtain a uniform mixing effect.
The hydraulic system of sigma mixer uses a hydraulic station to control the large oil cylinder to complete the opening and closing function. It is easy to operate, safe and reliable.
The motor, reducer and gears form the transmission system of the sigma mixer, and the motor is matched according to the model. The transmission part is driven by the synchronous speed of the motor. After passing through the elastic coupling to the reducer, the output device drives the fast pulp to reach the specified speed. The speed can be adjusted by the frequency converter.
Structural features:
1. Use a cycloidal pinwheel or hardened reducer to make the main unit of the sigma mixer drive smoothly, with low sound and long life.
