1. Kneader Body
The main body of sigma kneader is a solid frame that supports the structure of the entire device. This body usually consists of supporting structures on both sides and a base.
2. Kneader Blades
Sigma kneader has two mixing blades, usually in an "S" shape, with one blade above the other. The two paddles are fixed on both sides of the stirring shaft. This special blade design helps push and fold materials for more efficient mixing.
3. Stirring Shaft
The stirring shaft of sigma kneader is the main component connected to the paddles. It is responsible for transmitting power and rotational force so that the paddles can mix the materials evenly. Stirring shafts are usually made of high-strength alloys to withstand high-strength and high-torque loads.
4. Kneader Drive System
The drive system usually consists of a motor, reducer and transmission device. The electric motor provides power, the reducer reduces the rotation speed and increases the torque, and the transmission device transmits the power of the electric motor to the mixing shaft.
5. Kneader Tilting Discharging Mechanism
Some sigma kneaders are designed with a tilting discharging mechanism, allowing users to easily unload the mixture. This mechanism allows the entire blender section to tilt to push the mixture out easily.
6. Kneader Cooling or Heating System (optional)
Depending on specific application requirements, sigma kneader may be equipped with a cooling or heating system. These systems can be used to control the temperature of the mixture to meet process needs.
