1. Sigma Mixer

Suitable for uniform mixing of various sealants, especially when producing sealants with complex formulas, double planetary mixer can ensure that each component is completely mixed, and is often used in the production of low to medium viscosity sealants.

3. High Speed Disperser

Commonly used for dispersion and emulsification of liquid sealants, especially for dispersing insoluble substances (such as fillers, pigments, resins, etc.). It generates strong shear force through high speed rotating blades or dispersion heads to quickly break up and mix materials.

4. Reactor

Usually used in the production of chemical reaction sealants, it can control temperature and pressure for efficient dissolution and reaction. It is used in the production of liquid sealants and reactive sealants.
