Main Equipment of Salad Dressing Production Line
1. Raw Material Pretreatment Equipment
Including cleaning machine, peeling machine, etc., to ensure that the raw materials are clean and free of impurities.
2. Mixing and Stirring Device
It is an indispensable part of the salad dressing production process, responsible for fully mixing oils, emulsifiers (such as egg yolks), acid regulators (such as vinegar or lemon juice) and other auxiliary materials.
3. Homogenizer / High-pressure Homognizer Pump
The particles inside the material become finer through high pressure, so as to achieve better taste and stability.
4. Heating and Cooling System
According to the process requirements, the mixed materials are treated with appropriate temperature to ensure food safety and improve flavor.
5. Filling and Sealing Machine
Complete the last process before product packaging, accurately fill the finished product into bottles or other containers, and seal them well.
6. Sterilization and Disinfection Facilities
Use high temperature instantaneous sterilization technology or ultraviolet irradiation to eliminate possible microorganisms and extend the shelf life.
7. Labeling Machine
Attach corresponding information labels to each packaged product.
Salad Dressing Production Process
1. Thoroughly clean all the raw materials needed and prepare them according to the formula ratio.
2. Put the prepared ingredients into the mixing device and stir them thoroughly under certain conditions until a stable emulsion is formed.
3. Use a homogenizer to further refine the mixture and remove the large particles to make the final product smoother.
4. If needed, the temperature of the mixture can be adjusted through the heating and cooling system to meet specific processing requirements.
5. After completing the above steps, the salad dressing can be automatically distributed into the pre-prepared packaging container through the filling and sealing machine and sealed.
6. Use sterilization facilities to implement necessary hygiene and safety measures on the finished product to ensure that it meets the relevant standards.
7. Before leaving the factory, it must undergo quality inspection and affix corresponding product description labels to each qualified product.
