1. Raw Material Preparation and Screening
According to the type of lubricant, prepare the required raw materials, such as clacium carbonate, mineral oil, etc. During this process, the raw materials used need to be screened to ensure that they meet quality requirements.
2. Mixing
The prepared raw materials are mixed together to form a fluid state for further processing operations.
3. Solidification
Flow the mixed raw materials into a specific container and arrange appropriate heating measures to solidify them into particles or fluids to form the final lubricant product.
4. Filtering
The solidified lubricant is filtered to remove impurities and dust, which also improves the purity of the product.
5. Refining
In order to make lubricant more efficient, refining operations are also performed to improve the quality of their products. Refining operations generally include disstillation, separation and purification procedures.
6. Packaging
After the refining operation is completed, it is put into sealed containers and then packaged appropriately to ensure the quality and stability of the lubricant.
