Reactor daily clean:
After use, the reactor must close the refrigerant inlet valve, drain the remaining refrigerant in the pot and jacket, then input materials, start the stirrer, and then open the steam valve and electric heating power supply. After reaching the required temperature, Turn off the steam valve and electric heating power supply. After 2 to 3 minutes, turn off the agitator. After processing, after draining the remaining condensed water in the pot and jacket, rinse it with warm water as soon as possible, brush off the adhered materials, and then use alkaline water at 40℃ to 50℃ to completely clean the inner wall of the container and rinse with clean water.
• When there is no material (endothermic medium) in the stainless steel reaction kettle, the steam valve and electric heating power supply must not be opened. Pay special attention to the use of steam pressure and must not exceed the rated working pressure.
