Vacuum kneader
1. Definition
Kneader is an ideal equipment for kneading, mixing, vulcanizing and polymerizing high viscosity, elastic-plastic materials. Kneaders can be used to produce silicone rubber, sealants, hot melt glue, food gum bases, pharmaceutical preparations, etc. Kneader is a special mixing equipment. The most commonly used one is to use two ∑ blades arranged side by side in a tangent differential type, that is, one stirring blade is fast and the other is slow, so as to facilitate shearing. Shearing force and different paddlespeeds enable the mixed materials to be sheared quickly, so that the materials can be mixed evenly. Vacuum kneader is a type of kneader. It usually consist of several major components such as kneading system, vacuum system, heating system, cooling system and electrical control system.
2. Structural Features
- Vacuum kneader generally uses a universal chassis for easy installation.
- Use helical gear or hard tooth surface reducer to ensure smooth transmission with the host, low noise and long service life.
- The mixing paddle and the inner wall of the mixing tank are made of SS304 or SS316 stainless steel to ensure the purity of the product.
- The shaft seal has advanced structure and good sealing effect. The uniquely designed vacuum box balance structure ensures that no black material will be ground out.
- Intergrated electrical control, temperature control, temperature display to facilitate operation and process control.
Multifunctional-dispersing Machine
1. Definition
Multifunctional-dispersing machine has 3 motors and there are 3 different types of agitators in the kettle. One of the agitators rotates around the axis of the kettle body, and the other two stirring devices rotate around their own axes at high speed at different speeds, so that the materials in the kettle are perform complex movements and undergo strong shearing and rubbing. The mountain-shaped scraper in the machine rotates around the axis of the kettle body to scrape out the raw materials stuck to the wall and bottom, making the effect more ideal. The equipment has good sealing performance, can be evacuated, and has good exhaust and defoaming effects. The cylinder head of the equipment can be lifted and lowered hydraulically, and the cylinder body can be moved freely, making the operation very convenient. Powerful dispersing machines can also be widely used in adhesives, silicone sealants, silicone structural glue, vinyl glue, weather-resistant glue, anti-mold glass glue, cosmetics, chemical products, batteries, pharmaceuticals and plastic industries.
2. Structural Features
Multifunctional-dispersing machine has very high mixing efficiency and has many functiona such as mixing, dispersing, shearing, mixing, etc. With scraping edge and scraping bottom device, the scraper rotates around the axis of the mixing cylinder to scrape off the materials stuck on the cylinder wall and bottom and continue to participate in mixing. There is no dead corner in mixing.
