Working Principle
1. A double-layer spiral blade is arranged on the main shaft of the ribbon blender transmission. The inner spiral transports the material away from the discharge port, and the outer spiral transports the material toward the discharfe port. The materials form a low-power and high-efficiency mixing environment under the convective motion of the double-layer spiral belt.
2. The inner and outer diameter spirals installed on the mixing shaft drive the materials in the barrel, allowing the mixer to turn the materials over the maximum range in the barrel. When the mixing device is working, the inner screw drives the material near the axis to rotate on the axis and push it axially away from the discharge port. The outer screw drives the material near the barrel wall to rotate on the axis and push it axially toward the discharge port. The mixed material can mix evenly in a shorter time.
Applicable Fields
1. Widely used in putty paste, real stone paint, dry powder, putty, medicine, food, chemicals, feed, ceramics, refractory materials and other solid-solid (i.e. powder and powder), solid-slurry (i.e. powder and glue slurry) mixing, especially suitable for mixing viscous materials.
2. Under normal circumstances, when mixing dry mortar containing vitrified microspheres, a horizontal ribbon mixer is recommended.
3. For putty paste, real stone paint, biology, medicine, food and other industries, it is recommended to use stainless steel.
4. Horizontal ribbon blender is not suitable for mixing materials with large fiber content and large density differences.
