Automatic Feeding Triple Shaft Mixer Working Principle
1. Raw Material Delivery
Storage Device: First, the raw materials are placed in a storage bin, hopper or container, which may be filled manually or mechanically. The storage bin has a certain capacity and can store enough raw materials to ensure the continuous operation of the production line.
2. Material Transportation
Screw Conveyor: One of the most commonly used conveying equipment, the screw conveyor transports the material from the silo to the feed port of the automatic feeding triple shaft mixer through the rotating spiral blades. The screw conveyor is suitable for granular, powdery and less viscous raw materials.
Pneumatic Conveying System: For powdery or fine granular materials, the pneumatic conveying system can use compressed air to transport the material from the storage bin to the automatic feeding triple shaft mixer, usually used for powder feeding.
Vibrating Conveyor: Used for uniform feeding of granular materials, it can ensure uniform material flow and avoid material accumulation or blockage.
3. Quantitative Control
Sensors and Flow Controller: The automatic feeding system monitors the material flow and material level of the storage bin in real through sensors (such as weight sensors, flow sensors, material level sensors, etc.). The information fed back by the sensor is transmitted to the PLC control system.
PLC Control System: PLC adjusts the material conveying rate by receiving sensor signals. For example, if the material reserve is insufficient, PLC will automatically start the feeding equipment to replenish it, conversely, when the material bin reaches the preset level, the conveying will be automatically stopped.
4. Material Distribution
Precise Contol of the Conveying Volume: Some automatic feeding systems are also equipped with precise quantitative devices, such as vibrating feeders or screw conveyors with range adjustment functions. Through these devices, the material feeding volume can be very accurately controlled to ensure that the material is fed into triple shaft mixer according to the production process requirements.
Real-time Adjustment: If the imput amount or ratio of the material needs to be adjusted during the production process, the PLC control system can adjust the feeding rate or flow rate according to the set parameters, thereby achieving real-time adjustment.
5. Material Reception and Feeding into Triple Shaft Mixer
Hopper: The material that has been precisely controlled and conveyed finally enters the hopper at the top of triple shaft mixer. There is a valve between the hopper and the feeding port of triple shaft mixer. The mixing chamber of triple shaft mixer has been evacuated in advance. After the valve is opened, the material will automatically enter the chamber.
