What is Atomic Ash?
Atomic ash, also known as unsaturated polyester resin putty, is a new type of filling material that is developiing rapidly. It can adhere well to the surface of objects and does not produce cracks during the drying process.
Atomic Ash Features and Applications
Compared with traditional putty powder, atomic ash has the characteristics of fine gray matter, easy to scratch, easy to fill, easy to polish, fast drying speed, strong adhesion, high hardness, not easy to scratch, good flexibility, heat resistance, not easy to crack and bubble, short construction period and other advantages. Atomic ash has almost replaced other putty powder in various industries.
According to the different performance requirements of different industries, atomic ash can be divided into automobile repair atomic ash, manufacturing plant special atomic ash, furniture atomic ash, sheet metal atomic ash (alloy atomic ash), high temperature resistant atomic ash, conductive electrostatic atomic ash, red ash (filling putty), fine scraping putty, weld putty, etc.
Both reactor and high speed dispersing kettle can be used to produce atomic ash, but they each have different characteristics and applicable scenarious.
