1. Mixer Design
Vertical kneader is usually equipped with one or more agitators, which usually have special shapes and structures, such as spiral, blade, etc. These mixers are designed to effectively push the material to the top of the mixing tank and push it down from the top to ensure that the material is fully mixed and kneaded.
2. Stirring Tank Structure
The miixing tank of a vertical kneader is usually vertical and has a geometric shape such as cylindrical or conical shape. This structure helps the natural circulation and convection of materials, making the mixing more uniform and effective.
3. Work Process
During the working process, the agitator is driven to rotate, pushing the material upward from the bottom, and then downward from the top, forming a circular flow path. In this process, the material is continuously squeezed, stretched and floded to achieve the effect of mixing and kneading. At the same time, the roation of the mixer can also effectively contact the material with the inner wall of the mixing tank, increasing the mixing efficiency.
4. Heating and Cooling
In some applications, vertical kneader can also be equipped with heating or cooling devices to heat or cool materials through jackets or steam pipes. This helps control the temperature of the material, promote reactions or adjust the properties of the material.
