The hydrothermal reactor is also called a digestion tank or a high-pressure tank. It is composed of a stainless steel sleeve and a corrosion-resistant liner. The liner is often made of polytetrafluoroethylene, with a general volume of 25-500mL, which can withstand a certain temperature and pressure. The common use temperature of hydrothermal kettle is 180-220℃, and the upper limit of design use is 1-3MPa.
Features
Good corrosion resistance, no harmful substances spilled, reduced pollution, safe to use, after heating and boosting, it can quickly and without loss dissolve samples that are difficult to dissolve under normal conditions and samples that contain volatile elements. The appearance is beautiful, the structure is reasonable, the operation is simple, the analysis time is shortened, and the data is reliable. Method of operation
Put the reactant system in the kettle, and it is recommended that the feed coefficient be less than 0.8. When the reactant system is corrosive, it should be placed in a tetrafluoroethylene liner to ensure that the kettle body is not corroded. Place the hydrothermal synthesis reactor in the heater and raise the temperature to the required reaction temperature (less than the specified safe use temperature) according to the specified heating rate. When the temperature is lowered after the reaction is over, it must be operated in strict accordance with the specified cooling rate to facilitate safety and the service life of the reactor. After confirming that the intra-abdominal temperature is lower than the boiling point of the solvent of the reactant system, the lid of the kettle can be opened for subsequent operations. Each time the hydrothermal synthesis reactor is used, it should be cleaned in time to avoid corrosion. Particular attention should be paid to clean the seals of the kettle body and the kettle cover line, and take care to prevent them from being bruised or damaged.
