Lift the hot melt gluer with the help of the connector, and abnormal handling will damage the spraying equipment of the hot melt glue.

3. Safety matters during the maintenance and repair of the glue spraying equipment of the hot melt glue machine

When maintaining and repairing the hot melt adhesive machine, the following main safety precautions should be taken:

1. Before the maintenance and repair of the hot melt adhesive machine, the power supply on the hot melt adhesive machine and the main power supply connected to the outside must be cut off, and no live operation is allowed.

2. When carrying out disassembly, maintenance and repair work, workers should not wear earrings, watches, necklaces, bracelets and other conductive decorations to prevent accidents.

3. Do not disassemble, inspect and adjust any parts of the hot melt adhesive machine at will, unless you know enough about the performance of the equipment.

4. Do not disassemble and repair the hot melt gluer equipment alone unless there are other people assisting, and in the event of an accident, mechanical damage or personal injury, immediate help or first aid can be given.

5. Only qualified personnel can carry out maintenance work on the hot melt adhesive machine.

6. Under any circumstances, do not touch any wire joints or other components that may be exposed to the outside world with wires connected and not loosened.

6. Before removing or moving the protective device on the hot melt gluer or replacing the components, the power supply must be cut off.

7. If possible, try to stand on the plastic blanket for maintenance work. Never perform maintenance work on the melter on a flooded floor or in a very humid environment.

8. Safety gloves, goggles and long-sleeved work clothes must be worn when maintaining and repairing the hot melt gluer to avoid burns on the body part by the high temperature liquid hot melt or the surface of the high temperature components.

9. When loosening or installing the pressure joint, it must be confirmed that the pressure of the pressure air supply for the hot melt melter has been reduced to zero.

10. When cleaning the hot melt adhesive tank, avoid using fireworks or sharp hard tools to avoid scratching the Teflon non-stick coating inside the tank. 11. If there is air pressure or glue leakage from the hot melt gluer, do not continue to operate the hot melt gluer. First, stop the hot melt gluer from working, cut off the power supply, and reduce the operating pressure to zero before overhauling.
