Pigment dispersion process is in the external force crushed pigment particle agglomerates and aggregates,it overcome the attraction between the pigment in the application system as perfect as possible to show the coloring properties of the pigment.

Pigment dispersion process is usually divided into three stages: wetting, dispersing, stable.
1.Wetting: pigment with air or water interface becomes pigment chromophores interface;
2.Dispersing: pigment particles crushed aggregates or agglomerates into primary particles or oligomer under external force 3.Stable process: stability is a very important stage,it\'s mainly to prevent condensation of the pigment particles have been dispersed again.
