The kneader is a kind of high viscosity and ultra-high viscosity elastic-plastic material such as semi-dry state or rubber-like viscous plastic material produced by a pair of mutually cooperating and rotating blades (usually Z-shaped). Equipment for uniform mixing, stirring, kneading, kneading, crushing, dispersing, and re-aggregating into various chemical products. The kneader is an ideal equipment for kneading, mixing, vulcanizing and polymerizing high viscosity, elastic-plastic materials. The kneader is a special mixing and stirring equipment.
