(1) Installation location: The reactor should be installed in a high-pressure operation room that meets the requirements of explosion-proof. When multiple reactors are equipped, they should be placed separately. Each two should be separated by a safe explosion-proof wall. Each operation room should have Passages and exits to the outside ensure that the equipment is well ventilated.

(2) After opening the package, check whether the device is damaged, install the device according to the device model according to the structural drawing, and check all the accessories according to the packing list. For the heating method of heat conduction oil electric heating, please purchase the corresponding type of heat conduction oil according to the use temperature, pay special attention to the heat conduction oil not containing water, add the oil port at the upper part of the jacket and open the oil level port at the upper part Fill the oil through the oil filling port when the oil level is flowing.

(3) Installation and sealing of the kettle body and kettle cover: the kettle body and kettle cover are connected by gaskets or tapered surfaces and the arc surface. By tightening the main nut, they are pressed against each other to achieve a good sealing effect. When tightening the nut It must be diagonally symmetrical and tightened step by step, with even force, and the kettle lid is not allowed to tilt to one side to achieve a good sealing effect. When tightening the main nut, the specified tightening torque must not exceed the range of 40 ~ 120N.M to prevent sealing The surface is squashed or overloaded, and the sealing surface is wiped clean with soft paper or cloth before each installation. Pay special attention not to touch the sealing surface of the kettle body and kettle lid. It can be used if it is operated reasonably. More than 10,000 times, after the sealing surface is damaged, it needs to be reprocessed and repaired to achieve good sealing performance. When removing the kettle cover, the kettle cover should be slowly lifted up and down to prevent the sealing surfaces between the kettle body and the kettle cover from colliding with each other.
