How can I control reactor temperature?

It\'s not easy for reactor temperature control,the reactor temperature control in JCT is according to reaction process,in general, it\'s about 300 degree on room temperature.

The design of reactor is 50L from 30000L(volume in accordance with the requirements of the design)

Reaction pressure is 0.1 to 0.6Mpa.

Equipment Material: SUS304 stainless steel, SUS321 stainless steel,SUS316L stainless steel,Q235-B carbon steel.

Stirring form: anchor paddle, block, ribbon,turbine type, a dispersing disc, modular and other.

Heating methods: Electric heating, steam heating, heated in water.

Heat transfer medium: oil, steam, hot water, electricity and heating.

Heat transfer structure: jacket, outer half-tube, inner coil type.
