1. The hot melt glue stick assembly line should be operated by experienced personnel after training. In the case of power failure and shutdown, there is material in the barrel, and it should not be restarted. 2. The thrust bearing should be filled with high temperature grease (moC2) on schedule, the gearbox should be checked frequently, and new gear oil should be replenished when used to ensure the normal operation and service life of the machine.

3. Attention should be paid to the cold mixing of raw materials for mixing and processing: the raw materials should be clean and free of debris. Strictly prevent metals, sand, small tools and other debris from being mixed into the raw materials, which will damage the machine and affect the quality of products in the production process. If any abnormality is found in the equipment, it should be stopped for inspection and repair.
