Detailed introduction of magnetic reactor

The magnetic reactor adopts a static seal structure, and the stirrer and the motor drive are connected by a magnetic coupling. Because of its non-contact torque transmission, the static seal replaces the dynamic seal, which can completely solve the leakage problem that the previous mechanical seal and packing seal cannot solve. Make the entire medium and each stirring part completely in a sealed state to work.

　　The specific functions of the magnetic reactor are as follows:

　　(1) Temperature warning function, over-temperature alarm and self-power-off protection.

　　(2) The input adopts digital correction system, built-in thermocouple and thermal resistance non-linear correction table, the measurement is accurate and stable;

　　 (3) Adopt advanced artificial intelligence adjustment algorithm, no overshoot, support program temperature control mode; with self-tuning (at) function;

　　 (4) Timing function: According to different conditions of use, the timing control can be carried out between 1-9999 minutes;

　　 (5) Forward and reverse: It can control the stirring motor to rotate forward and backward alternately;

　　(6) Digital display function: Rotation speed, internal temperature, external temperature and time can all be digitally displayed.
