Countermeasures for failure of reaction vessels

The reaction vessel adopts water heating, hot steam heating and other media heating to obtain temperature in these three methods, which require additional jacket on the kettle body. Due to the large temperature change, the jacket and shell of the kettle bear the temperature change and produce temperature difference stress. With electric heating, the equipment is light and simple, the temperature is easy to adjust, and at the same time do not want to pump, furnace, chimney and other facilities. It is very simple to start, less dangerous, low cost, energy saving and emission reduction. It can replace heat-conducting oil, open flame and steam heating.
Failure analysis.
1. Leakage at the bottom discharge valve of the reactor.
Cause: Valve sealing surface is damaged.
Solution: Replace the valve stem.
2. The noise inside the magnetic stirrer is big.
Cause: Due to the large clearance of the sleeve and bearing friction inside the stirrer, the inner magnet rotates and oscillates, and the noise is too large.
Solution: Parts replacement, replace the sleeve or bearing according to the original model size.
3. The outer magnet of the reactor rotates, the inner magnet does not rotate and the motor current decreases.
Cause: Due to high temperature or poor cooling water circulation, the inner magnet is demagnetized by high temperature or hydrogen crushes the magnet during hydrogenation reaction and the inner magnet expands.
Solution: Replace the inner magnet again.
