Brief description of alkyd resin process flow:
First add all the monomers to the reaction kettle, add a small amount of antioxidant, start stirring at a slow speed (the principle of slow first and then fast, so that the polymerization is stable and proceed smoothly), and heat up to 180 ℃ in 2 hours; keep the temperature for 1 hour. Then it takes 2 hours to heat up to 200-220 ℃, keep warm for 2 hours, sample and measure the acid value, and the next step can be carried out if it reaches the standard. Polyesterification is easy to adopt a gradual heating process to maintain a normal water output rate. It should be avoided that the reaction is too violent to cause material entrainment, which affects the monomer ratio and resin structure. The holding temperature and time are determined by the formula, and are related to the oil and the degree of oil.
After reaching the end point, the heating was stopped, and after cooling, the diluted solvent was slowly added to the reaction kettle. The polyester reaction should pay attention to the water output rate and water output, and take samples at the specified time to measure the acid value and viscosity. After reaching the specified temperature, it should be cooled, diluted, and filtered to obtain the paint.
Finally, stir evenly, filter at 60-70°C, and store in a storage tank.
