What is Atomic Ash?

Atomic ash, also known as unsaturated polyester resin putty, is a new type of filling material that is developiing rapidly. It can adhere well to the surface of objects and does not produce cracks during the drying process.

Atomic Ash Features and Applications

Compared with traditional putty powder, atomic ash has the characteristics of fine gray matter, easy to scratch, easy to fill, easy to polish, fast drying speed, strong adhesion, high hardness, not easy to scratch, good flexibility, heat resistance, not easy to crack and bubble, short construction period and other advantages. Atomic ash has almost replaced other putty powder in various industries.

According to the different performance requirements of different industries, atomic ash can be divided into automobile repair atomic ash, manufacturing plant special atomic ash, furniture atomic ash, sheet metal atomic ash (alloy atomic ash), high temperature resistant atomic ash, conductive electrostatic atomic ash, red ash (filling putty), fine scraping putty, weld putty, etc.

 

Both reactor and high speed dispersing kettle can be used to produce atomic ash, but they each have different characteristics and applicable scenarious.

1. Reactor

• Applicability

Reactor is suitable for mixing, reacting and processing large quantities of materials, such as liquid or powdered raw materials. It can provide larger capacity and longer production cycle.

• Stirring Effect

Reactor usually has powerful stirring functions that can mix and react multiple substances to ensure uniformity of the reaction.

• Temperature and Pressure Control

Reactor usually has good temperature and pressure control systems and are suitable for situations where reactions or treatments need to be carried out under specific temperature and pressure conditions.

 

2. High Speed Dispersing Kettle

• Applicability

High speed dispersing kettle is suitable for processing powdery materials, especially when wet processing or crushing is required.

• Dispersion Effect

High speed dispersing kettle has strong dispersing and crushing functions, and can disperse powdery substances in the liquid medium to make them more uniform.

• Productivity

High speed dispersing kettle usually has high production efficiency and are suitable for situations where rapid production is required.
